Individuals are impersonating ELEVA Capital i.a. via the websites elevacapital.de and eleva-capital.de in order to offer private individuals supposedly very attractive financial investments. This is a scam. ELEVA Capital and its German branch accept no responsibility and are doing everything in their power to put a stop to this. BaFin has been informed and a criminal complaint has been filed.
Personen missbrauchen die Identität des Unternehmens ELEVA Capital u.a. über die Website elevacapital.de und eleva-capital.de, um Privatpersonen angeblich sehr attraktive Finanzanlagen anzubieten. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Betrug. ELEVA Capital und ihre deutsche Niederlassung lehnen jede Verantwortung ab und setzen alles daran, um diese Verwirrung zu beenden. Die BaFin wurde informiert und Strafanzeige erstattet.
